My husband is gluetn free and I am not and I am often disappointed in the taste of certain gluetn free products. Carol’s flour blend and her recipes are amazing and you can’t even tell that you are eating gluetn free! The cheesecake recipe is AMAZING best cheesecake I have EVER had EVER. Such a good selection of dessert recipes, I have no reason to ever bake with gluetn again!
